The check-in on Brkthrough went smoothly for me, but it did take me a minute to figure out where I was even supposed to start. Like, why isn’t that stuff always more obvious? Once I got past that little annoyance, though, it was quick and I didn’t run into any real problems. Not perfect, but not a disaster either.

The food was fresh and came out nice and hot, and uh, the drinks were way better than I expected. Nothing too fancy to say here, just a really tasty spot and I’d definitely go back again.

I really wanted to enjoy it, but it got way too hard way too fast. At first I was in a good mood and ready to give it a chance, but after a little while it just felt more stressful than fun

I had to wait way too long before anyone helped me, it really took away from the whole experience. I get that places get busy, but a little basic consideration for people’s time would make a big difference. If you don’t have a lot of time to spare, I wouldn’t recommend it

I’m always a little nervous that places will look better in photos than they do in real life, but thankfully that wasn’t the case here. Everything looked clean when I walked in, and the floors and bathroom were genuinely spotless. Definitely made me feel more comfortable.

We went here for a work team outing, i kept waiting for it to feel more like a real team-building activity, but it never quite got there. Most of the time it felt like everyone was just doing their own thing side by side, instead of actually working together or connecting. A few people seemed into it, but others looked lost or bored, which made me wonder if we were missing something or if it just wasn’t the right fit for our group. For the price and the time we spent, I was hoping for something that would bring everyone together a bit more. I don’t think I’d choose it again for a company event.

Everyone I dealt with was super nice and really helpful, which I appreciated. That said, I’m still hoping there’s some kind of compensation or follow-up offered for the inconvenience, because it did affect my overall experience.

I booked online and it was really quick. Everything went through smoothly with no issues. I did have a small question and support basically replied with, “Yep, you’re all set,” which was reassuring. Simple experience overall.

I like Brkthrough mostly because there are always a bunch of different games to try. I’m not sure if I’m just picky or get bored too easily, but on some other sites I lose interest fast. Here, it’s easy to jump around and find something else if one game isn’t doing it for me. Some games are definitely better than others, but overall the variety is really good.
